      Hi Suzanna, the Test Kitchen would recommend this. You would need to make a large quantity and to heat that up, the crawfish could easily get overcooked and very chewy. Hope this helps!

      I am excited to find out I can use my roaster oven as an oven. When I bake in the roaster (using a dish or cake pan) do I leave the insert in the roaster? Do I need to adjust the recipes for cooking in the roaster?

    I own a Hamilton Beach automatic roaster oven that has an 18 quart capacity, how big of a turkey will fit in it? I can’t find the owners manual for it and it seems that one year our turkey wouldn’t fit with the lid on.
